Torus Supply Co Ltd, a leading specialist recruitment agency for the energy industry, has secured the long-term future of its workforce and carried out a rebranding exercise to future-proof its operations following a management buy-out.

The company, which has offices in Darlington and Doncaster, has been acquired by Managing Director Will Mora from two former management executives. The buy-out has secured 16 jobs and also opened the way for a full-scale re-brand of Torus Supply Co Ltd, formerly named Shape Personnel.

Torus, which is a member of oil, gas, nuclear and offshore wind sector business development organisation, NOF Energy, has retained key development, sales and support staff who bring vast experience in the recruitment industry to the company.

Following the acquisition, Torus invested in the full-scale rebranding of its offering including a name change and new corporate branding as well as a multi-functional website. The revamped site has social media functionality and is more user-friendly and accessible to companies looking to fill roles in the engineering, driving, energy, industrial or technical recruitment sectors.

Torus Supply Co Ltd has many high-profile cross-industry clients including The Wood Group, a global leader in oil, power and gas generation.
