Company Description

Able Seaton Port (which includes the specialist TERRC recycling facility) at Hartlepool on the River Tees, has been redeveloped to offer significant opportunities for the Offshore and Energy Sectors. Features include: 40t/m2 load out quays (306m); 51 ha of land and a dry dock (10ha). Able also have four other Teesside sites with river frontage. At Able Humber Port (Killingholme, immediately to the north of Immingham) some 900ha are being developed with planning in place for Able Logistics Park and plans at an advanced stage for the Abel Marine Energy Park – a bespoke facility for the Offshore Renewables Sector with 1,500m of deepwater quays on a site of c 300ha.
