Award Entry Criteria

   Applications will only be accepted from organisations that are current members of NOF Energy at the time of entering and award ceremony

   All entries must be submitted on the supplied application forms. Accompanying documents and images can also be submitted

   A company can submit an application in any or all categories, although a separate application form is required for each category

   All application forms should be approved by the Managing Director or a Senior Manager of the company being nominated

   Information supplied on the application form will be used as a basis for establishing a shortlist. All information supplied will be treated as strictly confidential

   Separate assessment panels will be elected to consider applications in each category: NOF Energy will not be part of any assessment panel or decision made 

   It is intended that a shortlist will be identified for each category and the assessment panel will interview each of the applicants shortlisted, before making its final decision

   All shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an interview and make a short presentation to the assessment panel. These will be held at NOF Energy’s offices in Durham - please see individual application forms for the date of the interviews. For companies outside the North East region, it may be possible to arrange a telephone interview but this will be at the discretion of NOF Energy and the assessment panel and will still take place on the allocated interview date.

   Nominations for the 2012 awards open on Monday 3rd September 2012. Completed application forms must be returned to NOF Energy no later than Friday 21st September 2012 to be counted
