1 TERMS OF WEBSITE USE

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our site. By using our site, you agree to be legally bound by these terms of use which shall take effect immediately on your first use of our site. www.nofenergy.co.uk is a site operated by NOF Energy Limited ("We", “Us” and “Our”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 05933450 and have our registered office at First Floor, Thames House, Mandale Business Park, Belmont Industrial Estate, Durham, DH1 1TH which is also our main trading address. Our VAT number is 499 3426 93

3 ACCESSING OUR SITE
3.1 Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3.2 From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
3.3 If you choose, or you are provided with, a user password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trade mark, design right or copyright of NOF Energy Limited or any other third party.
4.2 In accessing our site, you agree that you will access the contents solely for your own private use but not for any commercial or public use. You can download and use the service on a single CPU at a time and you can print out a single hard copy of any part of the content on our site for your personal use.
4.3 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, download or make available to the public, or otherwise use, the content of our site in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. 11 VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
